  5. What happens if I key in the wrong address for my order?
    As we have already sent out the products based on what was keyed in, you will have to pay for reshipment costs once we have an updated address from you.

  6. What happens if I forget to pick up my delivery?
    For our products that go unclaimed, they will be returned to our warehouse. And you will have to bear the cost of a reshipment for your products.

  7. What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
    For our The Vine Culture Store products that are lost in the mail, we will ship a replacement order to you, and the costs will be born by us.

  8. What happens if my The Vine Culture Store products are damaged when I receive it?
    Take a photo of the damaged The Vine Culture Store product and email it to within 2 weeks. And we will replace our product for you for free.

  9. Who pays for the customs duties and taxes?
    For shipments outside of USA, customs fees may be incurred depending on the destination country. The fee varies on your order value, country limits and other factors based on the product. You will be responsible for these fees paid to the responsive customs agency.

        Depending on The Vine Culture Store products, they are manufactured from United Kingdom, United States, Nicaragua or China.

      2. Are the packaging materials recyclable?
        The poly bags that we use are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.

      3. Are all the items in my order shipped at the same time?
        Depending on what you order, the items may be shipped at different times because different The Vine Culture products will be packed differently and we want them to reach you quickly.

      Yes, we do provide customisation for bulk orders.
